Frequently Asked Questions

What's included?

One 12-inch confetti latex balloon in the color you choose, priced at $4.50 and delivered helium-filled with Hi-Float. Balloon weights are sold separately.

What colors are available?

Silver, Gold, Rose Gold, Pink, Hot Pink, Red, Purple, Green, Gold & Blue, Gold & Black, Gold & Light Pink, Red & Gold, Red & Green, Red & Black, Orange & Black, and Black & Silver. Order as many of each as you like.

The confetti fell to the bottom. How do I get it to stick again?

Confetti clings to the inside of the balloon with static, so it can settle over time or in humid weather. To bring it back, rub the balloon gently on your hair, a wool sweater, or a soft cloth for a few seconds, then slowly roll the balloon so the confetti lifts and sticks to the sides. Repeat as needed — just be gentle, and keep it away from sharp nails and jewelry.

How long will it float?

Our latex balloons are treated with Hi-Float and float 1–3 days indoors. Keep them away from heat, AC vents, and sharp edges.

Which balloons match?

Pair confetti balloons with solid latex in a matching shade — like white, pale pink, or black — and add star or number foils for contrast.

How many latex balloons should I order?

Latex is priced per balloon, so order as many as you like. A balloon weight holds about 11–15 latex balloons, so add one weight per cluster.
