Clear latex balloons packed with confetti, delivered helium-filled across Dumbo and most of Brooklyn. Choose 18-inch rainbow, gold, pink and purple, or red and blue confetti balloons, or mix in 12-inch confetti latex for a fuller bouquet. Every balloon is sold individually, treated with Hi-Float, and floats 1–3 days indoors.
