Dumbo Balloons FAQs

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Dumbo, Brooklyn Heights, Vinegar Hill, Downtown Brooklyn, Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Columbia Street Waterfront, Red Hook, Gowanus, Park Slope, Williamsburg and most of Brooklyn beyond.

Can I get same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery is often available but not guaranteed. Text or call us at (917) 914-8251 to confirm. Otherwise, ordering a day or two ahead is the safest bet. All deliveries arrive in a 2-hour window you choose at checkout.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Pickup is available in Dumbo. Text or call (917) 914-8251 to arrange a time.

Do you do balloon arches or installations?

No. We specialize in helium balloon bouquets and party bundles, delivered ready to float. We don't do arches, garlands or on-site setups.

How long do your balloons float?

Our latex balloons are treated with Hi-Float before inflation and float 1–3 days indoors. Foil shapes and giant numbers float 3–5 days.
